We hope you enjoy your Winsler product, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have designed a very easy return and exchange process.

Cancel or Modify an Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate order changes within reason before confirming the shipment. Some changes may result in delivery delays. We cannot accept changes or cancellations for special orders and/or orders that have already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us to arrange for a return after you receive the item.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, dents, scratches, missing instructions (if applicable), warranty, accessories, etc.
  • Products with noticeable scratches or marks and free gift items.
  • Once the returned product arrives at Winsler’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
  • Full shipping address
  • Contact phone number

Return Process:

  • Contact Winsler’s Customer Service team via email at mingqing@winsler.net for the return address or prepaid return shipping label (if applicable to your case).
  • Please provide the order number and the reason for returning the item.
  • Choose your preferred courier company at your own cost or use the prepaid return shipping label to send the package (if provided).
  • Package the product properly to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Once the product is shipped, please notify us via email.
  • Winsler will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Exchange and replacement are subject to product availability.
  • Refunds will be made based on your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).
  • For returned items, we will refund the full amount for defective products. For non-defective items, we will not refund any shipping and handling fees. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges unrelated to product quality.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective products: Winsler will cover the shipping cost. Contact our customer service team to start the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and use it to return the necessary items to Winsler.
  • For non-defective products: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notice:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Winsler does not accept returns for worn, damaged, laundered, or altered items in any way.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Winsler Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please check the returned goods before shipping. Winsler will not be responsible for returning products that are not Winsler products.
  • Please note that the warranty policy only applies to products purchased from winsler.net.
